Start by locating Deck’s role definitions and the permission checks for adding tags/comments, closing cards, and editing cards or boards. Determine whether a single executor role can cover the requested actions and identify the relevant authorization tests. Done means the new role is defined, its permissions are enforced consistently, and those behavior tests pass.

In many cases we need more granular Deck roles for users. E.g. allow user add tags and comments and close card but don't allow edit card (or board).

Adding at least one more role 'executor' will be OK for this purpose.
