Mô tả

Steps to reproduce
  1. Use a non-Latin OS keyboard layout (e.g. Russian).
  2. Open the upload picker (the "New" / upload area where the picker is available).
  3. Press the physical key that produces U on a Latin layout (on a Russian layout: Г).
Expected

The upload picker menu opens, as it does with a Latin layout.

Actual

Nothing happens; it only works with a Latin layout.

Cause

lib/vue/components/UploadPicker.vue:

useHotKey('u', this.onKeyDown, { ... })
...
onKeyDown(event: KeyboardEvent) {
  if (event.key === 'u') {          // <-- fails for non-Latin layouts
    ...
    this.openedMenu = true
  }
}

useHotKey (@nextcloud/vue) matches the physical key via event.code for a non-ASCII event.key, so the callback is invoked, but the inner event.key === 'u' check fails (e.g. г).

Suggested fix

Remove the inner event.key check (the composable already filters the key), or compare event.code === 'KeyU'.

Additional context

Same pattern as the Files app hotkey issue reported in nextcloud/server#65056.
