Steps to Reproduce
  1. Run the web service and RQ worker as different accounts sharing /tmp, with runtime_cache_root unset. This differs from NetBox's shipped systemd setup, which uses one account and private temporary directories.
  2. Upload a Script so the worker validates it and creates the runtime cache.
  3. Once the revision is active, open the Script's Run tab through the web service.
Expected Behavior

The plugin reports a clear runtime cache error identifying the affected directory, as it does for other cache access problems.

Observed Behavior

The Run tab reports "The Script could not be loaded from its source: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/netbox-scripts/runtime-cache'".

Access fails before the plugin's cache-directory checks run for the second account, so the operator receives a raw source-loading error instead of the cache-specific diagnostic.
