The issue gives no files or entry points, so start with the linked Bugzilla bug 2079626 for the similar implementation and the example profile_resource-usage.json and profile_build_resources.json artifacts in the issue. Work out how the bot's Python code would emit a Firefox Profiler format with clone timings, per-publication timings and CPU/memory usage. Done means a task produces a profile that loads at profiler.firefox.com with those data points. Ask a maintainer about the Taskcluster artifact path first.

Some Firefox CI tasks support performance profiles about their own activity which can be loaded at https://profiler.firefox.com and investigated for slowness, memory consumption etc. An example of a test task can be seen here, a simpler Gecko Decision Task is here.
