This report is about a hosted service outage, not a code change. The payload names the health check, session creation and sampling request, plus the twinkle-kit 0.5.1 and tinker 0.16.1 clients that hit ReadTimeout through httpx 0.28.1. Start by reproducing with a minimal sampling call and checking whether the service endpoints respond at all. Done means the requests return a task ID again, or a maintainer confirms the root cause and the fix is on the hosted side.
