Check how rmcp represents skills/list, skills/get, and related extension behaviour, then verify that the SDK exposes typed support for each requested capability and that the implementation is ready for review.

SEP-2640 is accepted, but the Rust SDK (rmcp) does not yet have first-class support for the Skills extension. The rust-sdk repository has no tracking issue for it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Track the work to add SEP-2640 Skills support to the Rust SDK, including skills/list, skills/get, and the related extension behaviour.
There is an open implementation PR, awaiting review:

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using custom requests directly, but SDK-level support gives users a more consistent and typed API.
Additional context
Goose host support (https://github.com/aaif-goose/goose/issues/12068) is planned as an rmcp change plus a Goose change, so it depends on this work.
