Microsoft experiences (like Entra/Azure portal, ADO service connection, etc) do not configure a resource's uniqueName

Mô tả
When you create a new Appreg in Azure Portal, or create a new Service Connection in Azure DevOps (whitch also generate a new Appreg in the Background) The value of "uniqueName" Attribute is null. But the attribute value should be equal to "displayName" of Appreg. We need to stop creating Service Connection on Azure DevOps and stop creating Appregs in Azure Portal. Which is crazy...
And We need to write scripts which fill the missing uniqueName values in our directory... Which is crazy... You cannot reference existing Appregs until you fill uniquenames manually...
Another problem is,,,, "uniqueName" is not appear in the manifest of Appreg in Azure Portal. You only see this in Graph Explorer.
