Start at the Expo Doctor command integration and its command tests. Trace how stdout, stderr, startup failures, and unsuccessful exits are currently handled, then add coverage for successful execution, startup failure, and diagnostic output on unsuccessful exit. Done means both output streams are logged through their specified channels while the original command error still propagates.

When expo-doctor exits with a non-zero status, its stdout and stderr are discarded. This hides the diagnostic details users need to resolve the reported issues.
Update the Expo Doctor command to:
- Capture both stdout and stderr.
- Log stdout through the info channel.
- Log stderr through the error channel.
- Preserve the original failure behavior by propagating the command error.
- Add tests covering successful execution, startup failure, and unsuccessful exit with diagnostic output.
