Problem Description

It seems that 0.81.3 has been published in npm two days ago, but there is no such NuGet package:
https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.ReactNative#versions-body-tab

This causes builds to fail:

error NU1103: Unable to find a stable package Microsoft.ReactNative with version (>= 0.81.3)
error NU1103: Unable to find a stable package Microsoft.ReactNative.Cxx with version (>= 0.81.3)
Steps To Reproduce

Add react-native-windows to a new project:

  1. npm add react-native-windows@^0.81.0
  2. npx react-native init-windows --overwrite
  3. npx @react-native-community/cli run-windows
