Start by locating the current manifest editor implementation behind the + Add Extension button and compare its supported categories with the AppxManifest.xml <Extension Category=...> options. Done means the editor can add and preserve all Extension categories with full AppxManifest.xml fidelity.

No FileTypeAssociation. Protocol. AppExtension. ContextMenu. Yadaa yadda yadda missing ~100 extension categories here

+ Add Extension button supports all <Extension Category=...>
