Problem

plugins/source-control/skills/worktree/context/cleanup.md reaps project-scope plugin records before removing a worktree. The reap runs claude plugin uninstall -s project from inside the tree, which rewrites the tracked .claude/settings.json: it drops the enabledPlugins entries and reorders the keys. The tree is then dirty, so the plain git worktree remove the procedure expects fails, and every removal needs --force.

Observed on all nine #6225 sweep worktrees, eight of which were clean before the reap.

Expected

After the reap, restore the tracked settings file (or run the uninstall against a non-tracked scope) so a clean tree still removes without --force. Alternatively, have the procedure say that --force is expected after a reap and why.
