Start by locating VideoTrackRenderer and reviewing how Android video rendering differs between Impeller and Skia. Reproduce the blank screen on the reported Samsung A06 while checking the same call on the A15; audio works and Skia renders correctly according to the report. Done means local and remote video render on the affected older device with Impeller.

For Android
The video rendering widget [VideoTrackRenderer] doesnt work fine with older devices with impeller engine, instead it shows blank screen. It works for new devices with good GPU. Doesnt even show own video as well as the remote participant video. Audio works perfectly fine.

To Reproduce

I used Samsung A06 [older with less specs] and Samsung A15 [newer with good specs] and ran the livekit video calling feature. It shows blank screen for A06 whereas works perfectly fine for A15.

Expected behavior
Should show video rendering for every device.
