  • why-isnt-it-selling - Diagnoses why a shipped product is not selling. Five triage questions to one failure mode, ranked moves with a source URL on every claim, plus a graveyard of 11 growth tactics that failed adversarial refutation.

Why it might fit this list. Everything in the Plugins section helps you build or operate. This is for the part after that, when the thing works and nobody is buying it, which is a different failure with a different diagnosis.

What makes it unusual. It ships the negative results. Twenty candidate growth patterns went through an adversarial pass whose job was to refute them rather than confirm them, and eleven died. All eleven are in the free tier with what killed them, including tactics that are close to universal advice. A 55% failure rate among ideas that all sounded good enough to write down is, I think, the most useful single number in it.

MIT licensed. claude plugin validate . --strict passes clean. The skill declares allowed-tools: Read, Glob, Grep, AskUserQuestion, so it has no shell access and no network tools and structurally cannot phone home.
