Start with the --engine command path in src/tts.mjs to see how the command line is built and how arguments with spaces are quoted. Install Piper on one OS, run a voice through the command engine, and record the working command line. Add it to the README or docs/ with the voice's license stated beside it. Done when someone else reproduces the recipe from the written steps alone.

--engine command already runs any TTS program, but a tested recipe for Piper (a fast local TTS) would help people who want a voice with no Python.

What: document and test (on Linux, macOS or Windows) a Piper command line that works with --engine command, including quoting for paths with spaces. If something needs code, fix it in src/tts.mjs.

Done when: README or docs/ has a recipe that someone else reproduced, and the license of the recommended voice is stated next to it.
