ionic Error at new SubprocessError

Description:

I am trying to have my icons and splash screens using ionic cordova resources but since I upgraded to MacOS Ventura it's giving me this error:

I have tried:

1. To delete and reinstall completely nvm, npm (on the same and different versions)

2. To delete and reinstall ionic/cli on the same and differen versions

3. Installing different version of Sharp

4. Installing different version of Cordova-res (also done npm cache clean --force)

5. Installing VIPS

6. when trying to write only 'cordova-res', it gives me the following error:
   zsh: segmentation fault cordova-res

7. When giving the command 'ionic cordova resources', it gives me the following error:
