Start by reading the Markdown mirror implementation referenced in issue #37 and the skill export formats in #39; reuse the mirror's tracking approach. Add a skills mirror setting under Settings › Storage and connect favorites, title changes, and prompt removal to it. Check that externally created skills stay untouched, verify the Claude Code and Codex folders by hand, add a test for a skill Prompuff did not write, and document the feature in docs/user-guide.md.

Keep favorites as skills in a folder an AI tool reads, such as ~/.claude/skills or ~/.agents/skills, so a prompt starred in Prompuff is a skill there with no export step.

What to do

  • A skills mirror, chosen in Settings › Storage beside the Markdown mirror (#37), with one of the formats from Export as skill (#39).
  • It holds favorites only. Starring a prompt adds its skill, and unstarring or removing the prompt for good removes it.
  • A skill keeps its folder name when the prompt's title changes.
  • These folders hold skills from other places, so Prompuff only ever changes or removes skills it wrote. Reuse the Markdown mirror's way of tracking them.

Done when

  • A favorite in a skills mirror at ~/.claude/skills runs as a skill in Claude Code, and one at ~/.agents/skills runs in Codex, each checked by hand once.
  • A skill that Prompuff didn't write is never touched. A test covers it.
  • docs/user-guide.md describes it.
