Terminal Stylist (discussion #66520) found several call sites that embed a redundant semantic prefix/label inside a message already passed to a formatter that adds its own icon. Live-verified: pkg/cli/run_interactive.go:101 calls console.FormatSuccessMessage("✓ Workflow dispatched successfully!"), but FormatSuccessMessage (pkg/console/console.go:203-213) already prepends "✓ " via styles.Success — producing a doubled checkmark. Similarly pkg/cli/upgrade_command.go:330 embeds the literal text "Warning:" inside a FormatWarningMessage(...) call, which already prepends "⚠ ".
