Start by reproducing the authenticated CAPI catalog response in Copilot CLI 1.0.86-2 with the --model gpt-6-astra selection, and compare it with the returned GPT-5.6 and GPT-5.3-Codex models. Done means gpt-6-astra is restored to the authenticated catalog and direct selection succeeds, or the issue documents that recovery is still propagating.

GPT-6 Astra was available and enabled for this Copilot Enterprise account on September 14, 2026. Following the September 17 OpenAI-model incident, the authenticated CAPI model catalog now returns 24 models and omits gpt-6-astra entirely.

GitHub Status marked the incident resolved at 21:49 UTC, but Astra remains absent afterward in Copilot CLI and Microsoft Scout. Direct selection fails with:
Model "gpt-6-astra" from --model flag is not available.
