Reproduce the issue in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.86-2 by selecting Auto with /model, then running /btw or /ask with a prompt in PowerShell or WSL Linux. Compare this with an explicitly selected model; done means both commands work with Auto without the 400 unsupported-model error.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

/model and chose select Auto
/btw or /ask any prompt this is test
error : host-rethrow: 400 The requested model is not supported.
4 /model select any model
/btw or /ask any prompt this is test

Expected behavior

expected behavior that it will work similar and use auto selected model for the /ask
