Additional notes for reviewers

I work on Statable, so this is a vendor submission. Statable is a paid web analytics service with a free plan; the MCP server needs a Statable account (OAuth on first use).

What the plugin adds for Copilot users: the statable skill reads a codebase or live URL, finds signup, checkout, pricing, forms and success pages, and proposes a measurement plan. It only writes code or changes the account after an explicit yes. weekly-traffic-report and traffic-drop-check turn the MCP tools into a fixed investigation instead of one-off queries.

Checked before submitting with this repo's eng/external-plugin-quality-gates.mjs on the same SHA: spec compliance, vally lint, Copilot CLI install smoke test and version match all pass.
