Description

When signed in to a GitHub Enterprise Cloud instance on *.ghe.com, the Settings panel fetches repository organization icons from github.com. If an organization with the same name exists on github.com, its icon is displayed instead of the icon belonging to the organization on the enterprise instance.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign in to a *.ghe.com instance.
  2. Add a repository whose organization name also exists on github.com, with a different organization icon.
  3. Open the Settings panel and view the repository entry.
  4. Observe that the icon belongs to the same-named organization on github.com.

Expected behavior

Organization icons should be resolved using the repository’s GitHub host, so repositories on *.ghe.com display their enterprise organization’s icon.

Actual behavior

The icon is fetched from the same-named organization on github.com, resulting in incorrect branding.
