Start from the /workflows path and inspect how the existing global Tool Permissions setting is applied to automations. Clarify whether permissions should be configurable globally for automations, per automation, or both, including the requested Ask every time and Approve all modes. Done means the chosen scope is supported without changing regular app behavior.

Automations should have a more granular Tool Permissions setting, instead of using the global/app setting alone. This way I could have a Ask every time setting for regular App use, but Approve all for automations. Better yet if each individual automation should have its own Tool permission setting.
