Start with sentry-tracing/src/layer/mod.rs, sentry-tracing/src/converters.rs, and sentry/tests/test_legacy_tracing.rs; review the migration feedback about event_mapper before deciding removal timing. Remove the deprecated combined layer and its listed legacy types and converters, then follow the TODOs to rename their *_impl counterparts. Done means the deprecated API, its scoped bitflags submodule and test are removed, with the independent layers remaining available.

0.49.4 deprecated the combined SentryLayer in favor of the independent SpanLayer, LogLayer, ErrorLayer, and BreadcrumbLayer (#1342, #1348).

Remove all items deprecated as part of that change
