Hướng nghiên cứu

The payload names no files, so search the repository for the code that recomputes tile layout when a window is opened, closed or moved to another workspace. Read how existing splits are represented before changing anything. Done means a new window splits one of the existing tiles while the other tiles keep their sizes, and this is confirmed by opening and moving windows in a running GNOME Shell session. The issue has no comments and no maintainer decision yet, so ask for direction before starting.

Mô tả

When A window pops in or pops out, I'd like for the windows on the workspace I'm on to try to keep their existing size as much as possible. Ideally split one of my existing splits, rather than shift everything other (like i3 would)
