Verify that the built package contains the declared skills and assets and that its output contains no credentials; keep the release blocked until the approval criteria are resolved. The issue names no package files or test entry points, so locate them from the repository configuration.

Goal

Verify package completeness from an immutable commit after approved delivery, review the SemVer migration, and assess release readiness.

Observations

  • The release workflow auto-publishes on a version-changing push to main and idempotently skips an existing tag.
  • A release candidate is recommended until real integration exists; the version stays undecided pending human SemVer migration review.
  • package.json is 1.1.0 and unchanged; no release approval value exists here (a bootstrap apply hash is not a release approval).

Decision gate

Approve package completeness and the SemVer migration review. A tag or release happens after the block closes, never as a prerequisite, so this is not a circular gate.

Acceptance criteria

  • The package from an immutable commit contains all newly approved assets and skills.
  • SemVer migration review is documented with the decision and its open risks.
  • Current auto-publish behavior is documented honestly; any future version or push approval explicitly includes the resulting auto-release or gates the publishing change first.
  • No CD change is made in this unit.

Verification

  • Dry run from an immutable commit -> package builds, contains declared skills and assets, no credentials in output.
  • Review record -> baseline version, compatibility decision, and open risks.
