Use the reported sequence with agents code and plan as the primary reproduction. Done means resuming restores the agent actually used by the chat rather than the configured default.

Describe the bug

Resuming a previous chat (chat/open, and the same for the /resume command) restores the configured default agent instead of the agent the chat was using. It looks intermittent because it depends on when the agent was picked for that chat.

To Reproduce

  1. New chat -> pick agent code before sending the first message (the server has no record yet, so the selection is dropped) -> send a message -> resume the chat later -> the agent is the default (plan in my config).

Expected behavior

The resumed chat keeps the agent it was actually using.
