Tái hiện hành vi khởi động trên Windows 11 từ một bản cài đặt mới và workspace sạch, sử dụng các thiết lập .ini cho swt.autoScale.updateOnRuntime=false và swt.autoScale=125. Bắt đầu bằng cách kiểm tra cấu hình splash của Product Definition và các thiết lập runtime của Equinox, sau đó so sánh việc render splash ban đầu và về sau. Hoàn tất khi splash vẫn giữ đúng kích thước và nằm trong phạm vi cho đến khi ứng dụng được hiển thị.

Steps to reproduce

From a fresh installation and clean workspace:

Adapt the *.ini file used to start the eclipse based application and add
-Dswt.autoScale.updateOnRuntime=false
-Dswt.autoScale=125

At the begining the splash screen is shown correctly, but after some seconds and shortly before the application is shown, the splash screenis redrawn and out of scope.
