Description

Temporarily disable the MAUI Tests / MAUI Integration lane while dotnet/android moves to .NET 12 and the corresponding net12.0 branch in dotnet/maui is not yet available. The pipeline repository resources currently check out MAUI's net11.0 branch.

Restore integration coverage once https://github.com/dotnet/maui/tree/net12.0 exists:

  • Update the MAUI repository resource from net11.0 to net12.0 in build-tools/automation/azure-pipelines-public.yaml, build-tools/automation/azure-pipelines-internal.yaml, and build-tools/automation/azure-pipelines.yaml.
  • Remove the temporary condition: 'false' and its tracking comment from each maui_tests_integration job, retaining the existing stage conditions.
  • Verify that the restored lane builds MAUI, installs its workload packs, and builds the MAUI template in Debug and Release, including the existing runtime test matrix where configured.
Steps to Reproduce

Inspect the MAUI repository resources and maui_tests_integration jobs in the three pipeline entry points above. They use MAUI's net11.0 branch; the dotnet/maui net12.0 branch is currently unavailable.

Did you find any workaround?

Temporarily skip only the MAUI Integration jobs, preserving their definitions and all other test lanes. Link the disabling comments to this issue so the jobs can be restored when the required MAUI branch becomes available.
