Start by reproducing the warning with the supplied compose.yaml and docker compose run command, then trace Compose's validation of configs uid/gid for inline content outside Swarm mode. Add a regression test covering this case and verify that valid inline uid/gid values no longer produce the warning while the command still reports the expected ownership.

Description

Compose emits lines like these:

WARN[0000] service "<service name>": configs.<config name>.<uid/gid>: <uid/gid> is not supported outside Swarm mode and will be ignored

However, with inline configs uid and gid both work regardless of Swarm mode.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. While Swarm is inactive, create a compose.yaml with this content: 
    services:

    image: alpine:latest

      - { source: some-config, target: /some-config, uid: '1234', gid: '5678' }
    command: ls -aFl /some-config
configs:

  2. docker compose run --rm compose-bug
  3. Observe the output with correct UID/GID.
