Start by reading SKILL.md §7 and its per-agent table to find the conflicting dispatch rules. Then inspect the nestjs eval and run it three times to check that each reports “Lens agents: auth” or more; also verify that diffs under 400 lines with no risk stay single-pass. The issue does not name a test or eval entry point.

What

SKILL.md §7 says to dispatch the lens agents for an auth, migration or contract risk however small the diff. On the nestjs fixture (60 lines, auth risk found) the review still ran a single pass, in two runs.

Why

The rule exists because risky small diffs are where a focused second look pays. Ignoring it makes the agents dead weight for the most common risky PR.

Acceptance criteria

  • §7's rule and its per-agent table agree, with the risk condition stated first.
  • The nestjs eval reports Lens agents: auth (or more) in three consecutive runs.
  • Diffs under 400 lines with no risk stay single-pass.
