Two e2e scripts can hit the S3 key propagation race behind #4580, and one bucket-suite step reads without a time bound.

  • hack/e2e-chainsaw/_lib/backup-access-preflight.sh runs a bare mc alias set with a freshly issued key before its own loop. When the SeaweedFS gateway has not loaded the key yet (#4690), it fails with The access key ID you provided does not exist in our records., the same failure #4580 fixes in the bucket suite. Every backup round-trip suite runs this preflight.
  • The capacity step of hack/e2e-chainsaw/bucket/chainsaw-test.yaml makes three kubectl get secret reads with no timeout, so a hung apiserver call can hold the step until the op timeout instead of failing with its own message.

Fix shape: reuse the bounded key probe from #4580 (wait only on SeaweedFS's exact InvalidAccessKeyId text, fail fast on anything else, named failure on expiry) in the preflight, and wrap the three reads in timeout with a request timeout below it.
