Read the installer download and checksum logic, including Node’s prebuild release check and nodejs.org SHASUMS256.txt lookup, then review the tool-versions data flow and related docs and migration notes. Remove the installer fallbacks, report a clear error when a version is absent from both embedded and online data, and confirm the docs describe the breaking change. This issue depends on #7961.

What would you like containerbase to do?
Drop the per-installer download fallbacks from #7961 and only install versions the tool-versions data has.
- #7961 keeps each installer's own url and checksum logic as fallback, when a version isn't embedded and the online data can't be read.
- With v15 the installers only download files from the tool-versions data.
Required changes
- remove the per-installer url and checksum fallback logic, eg. node's prebuild release check and its nodejs.org
SHASUMS256.txtlookup - fail the install with a clear error when the version is neither in the embedded nor in the online tool-versions data
- update the docs and the migration notes
Breaking: installs of versions only the old installer logic could find fail.
