The issue names no files, tests or entry points, so there is no code to start from. It proposes an external pre-payment check that returns PAY, CAUTION or SKIP and asks whether AgentKit should call it before transfers. Before any code, a newcomer would need a maintainer decision on whether a third-party service belongs in the wallet and what the confirmation flow should be. Done would mean that decision is recorded, not a patch.

AgentKit agents can send USDC to counterparties they have not used before. A small pre-payment guard could reduce accidental payments to inactive or reputation-farmed agents.
SweetAI (https://sweetai.tiamatcrypto.com) exposes an x402 endpoint that returns a machine-actionable PAY, CAUTION, or SKIP decision from ERC-8004 reputation, sybil/concentration signals, and endpoint liveness:
