Check how shared checklist requirements in #5 apply, and update src/templates/job/index.ts and src/templates/registry.ts; done means the perks meet the stated display criteria and the template is registered.

Part of #5. For "why work with us" hiring posts.

Idea
The company name sits at the top, with the title large under it ("Why people stay"). Below are up to four perks in two rows of two, each with a small check mark in the accent color and a short line next to it ("Remote first", "$1,500 learning budget", "4-day weeks in August", "Health cover for your family").

Template details

  • File: src/templates/job/benefits.ts, id job-benefits
  • Fields: company (text), commonFields.title, perk1 to perk4 (text, optional), commonFields.bgColor, commonFields.accentColor, commonFields.textColor

Where to look

  • Closest reference: src/templates/job/company-culture.ts (a list of values), src/templates/job/open-roles.ts (optional fields that hide when empty)

Acceptance criteria

  • Empty perks (or only spaces) are skipped and the rest keep their order, and long perks wrap and truncate
  • The check marks are drawn with shapes or an inline SVG (no emoji), and everything stays readable on a light background
  • Re-exported in src/templates/job/index.ts and registered in the Job block of src/templates/registry.ts
  • Meets the shared template checklist in #5

One template per contributor at a time, so more people get a chance.
