The issue does not name files or tests; identify where the current front-page material and notes live, then determine how the site organizes pages. While working on the changes to the website, we've come across various forgotten planning agendas and session notes. Additionally a large portion of text currently on the front page, covering the background and rationale for CodeMeta, is going to be relocated for the website refresh.
Per discussion with @moranegg it would be good to have this stuff properly archived in a history section somewhere on the site, when priorities allow.
