php 8.4 deprecations

Rà soát các chữ ký của resolveReferences và các hàm khởi tạo trong src/SpecBaseObject.php, src/SpecObjectInterface.php, cũng như trong src/spec/Paths.php, PathItem.php, Responses.php và Reference.php. Kiểm tra hành vi deprecation của PHP 8.4 và liệu các thay đổi chữ ký có duy trì khả năng tương thích hay không; được xem là hoàn thành khi các deprecation đã được báo cáo được xử lý mà không gây ra BC break.

These can be cleaned up easily with rector, but I don't know if they'd cause a BC break.
