Add both official Nostream Telegram destinations to the website, so a visitor can follow announcements and find the development chat from the site instead of only from the repository.

The two links, verified 2026-10-17:

They are different things and the copy must not blur them: the channel is one-way (release notes, outages, maintenance), the group is where people ask questions and compare deployments.

Where it goes. The site is the Astro app at website/site/. The natural home is the channels array in website/site/src/pages/community.astro (currently four entries: SRC GitHub, BUG Issues, PR Contribute, SEC Security), each { code, title, body, href, cta }, rendered in the channels section. Two entries:

The section already has an external() helper for links starting with http, so the hrefs render correctly with no other change.

Optional, same PR or later: a Telegram entry in the footer's Project column (website/site/src/components/Footer.astro) pointing at the channel, since that is the link a reader wants without joining anything. The community page is the required part — it is where the nav sends someone looking for help.

Acceptance criteria

  • Both https://t.me/nostream and https://t.me/nostream_dev appear on /community, each labelled for what it is (channel vs group).
  • The cards render at phone width without the grid overflowing, and the four existing entries still render.
  • Neither card promises support response times.
  • bun run build in website/site/ succeeds and the built page carries both links.
  • If the footer is touched, its link opens in a new tab the way the other external links do.
