The failure comes from a missing release artifact, kiro-reh-darwin-arm64.tar.gz, which returns 403 AccessDenied, not from client code. Start by requesting that URL to confirm the 403, then find where the release pipeline publishes the darwin-arm64 remote-host package. Done means the artifact is published and downloadable, which needs maintainer access to the release pipeline.
