Start by investigating the proposed .IDC export and the linked bnida plugin to determine whether interoperability can be provided directly or requires an IDA-side plugin. Done means selecting and documenting an approach and adding official support for the chosen export path.

While we have no plans to implement an export to IDB specifically due to the complexity of the file format, there are ways we can potentially improve tool interoperability such as adding .IDC export to BN. We should investigate options, whether out of the box, or whether it would require a plugin on the IDA side (like https://github.com/zznop/bnida) and add official support.
