What happened?

When sorting files by Name in ascending order in the file manager, fixed-length filenames containing leading zeros and hexadecimal characters (0-9, A-F) are sorted in an incorrect order.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open a directory containing fixed-length hexadecimal filenames (such as a PostgreSQL WAL archive directory with 16 MB, 24-character hex filenames) in list view.
  2. Click the Name column header to sort in ascending order.
  3. Observe the top of the file list: 000000010000012A00000000 appears first, followed by 000000010000012A0000000A and 000000010000012A000000A0.
  4. Files containing 129 (e.g., 0000000100000129...) as well as 000000010000012A00000001 exist in the folder, but are pushed further down the list instead of appearing before 12A00000000 or 12A000000A0.
What did you expect?

Fixed-length zero-padded and hexadecimal filenames should be sorted in proper lexicographical (ASCII) order:
0000000100000129... should appear before 000000010000012A00000000.
000000010000012A00000001 should appear before 000000010000012A0000000A and 000000010000012A000000A0.
