Compare the current command structure with the requested provider, create, generate, list, version, and help subcommands, plus beta release mode. Description

This milestone contains other relevant modes, so that the csmctl can be used in the CI to test PRs. It should also contain a beta mode to create releases that are beta and not stable releases.

It should also contain relevant commands that help users:

subcommands:
provider			Is used for the provider lifecycle			
create 				creates release assets of a cluster stack.
generate			Generates a specific resource from a cluster stack
list 				  show all cluster-stacks from a repo
version				shows the version of this cli tool
help				  print a overview of available flags etc.
