Start by finding where SolidOS displays 403 access denied errors and how it determines whether a user is logged in. The issue also asks for distinct guidance when the user lacks access and when the denied resource is the root. Done means each case shows an appropriate message and, for logged-out users, a login button; the issue names no files or tests.

When giving an access denied message we should check if the user is logged in or not I think and if they are not logged in they should maybe see a login button. Otherwise they should have a different message about not having access to the specific resource and to request access.

Also, i think we could look to see that it's the root and tell the user an appropriate message about that, instead of just a 403.
