Start by reading SECURITY.md and reviewing the routes in server/server.js, then inspect the four connectors, the static file server, and security headers. Check authentication and roles, input validation, limits, error handling, connector inputs, TLS options, and secret storage and logging. Summarize what was checked and changed here; ensure fixes have tests that fail before the fix and are handled through a private advisory.

Two bugs of the same family (prototype pollution) were found on 2026-10-25, one of them in the server (GHSA-56cq-r5jm-vpqg). Before 1.0, go through the server and the connectors on purpose rather than by chance.
Scope
- Every route of
server/server.js: authentication and roles, input validation, limits, error handling - The four connectors: what they accept from the tools they read, TLS options, how secrets are stored and logged
- The static file server and the security headers
- Anything found is fixed through a private advisory (see SECURITY.md), not in this issue
