Description:
Create a living document for tracking progress towards the MVP. The goal of the document is to guide the team in determining what work needs to get done, but not list requirements for the work to prevent issues due to changes in project requirements.

Area of Responsibility

Tasks:

  • Create an outline/design for how the MVP will be tracked.
  • Add the features for the MVP that need to be implemented and the ones that have already been implemented.
  • Present the document to the team & gather feedback.

Requirements (Acceptance Criteria):

  • Done When MVP document has been created
  • Done When MVP document has been presented to the team.
  • Done When MVP document has been approved by the team.

Testing Reuirements:

  • none, where appropriate.

Always Make Sure:

  • The implementation builds successfully.
  • All tests written for the ticket, as well as all existing applicable tests, pass successfully.
  • Any documentation affected by the change has been updated.
  • The approved change has been successfully merged into main.
