Start with lib/app/app.dart and features/recovery/querya_startup_recovery_app.dart, then review the preceding steps #1731–#1734 and the theme code under core/theme. Check the app’s existing golden tests and how ThemeController, QueryaThemeScope, and UI scale are exercised. Done means the shadcn app and theme APIs are gone from lib/, while dark, light, imported VS Code themes, theme animation, and UI scale still pass their checks.

Problem

The app shell is shadcn's: ShadcnApp in lib/app/app.dart and in the startup recovery screen (features/recovery/querya_startup_recovery_app.dart), with shadcn ThemeData (14 uses, mostly core/theme), Typography (2) and PopoverOverlayHandler (1). The overlays of shadcn widgets still in use hang off it, so it goes after #1731, #1732, #1733 and #1734.

Change
  • MaterialApp (or WidgetsApp) with QueryaThemeScope providing QueryaTheme / QueryaColors; text theme and fonts from QueryaTypography.
  • Theme switching and the animated theme change keep working (ThemeController, QueryaThemeScope lerp).
  • core/theme stops building shadcn ThemeData / ColorScheme; QueryaThemeColorScheme is removed.
Acceptance
  • No ShadcnApp, ThemeData, Typography, PopoverOverlayHandler from shadcn in lib/.
  • Dark, light and an imported VS Code theme look as before (goldens); theme change animation and UI scale work.
