Start by inspecting the reader and accessor to understand how the current format is selected and how Download() is exposed. Compare that behavior with the 1D row, 1D vector, and 2D examples in the issue, then clarify whether generic support or Download()-only handling is intended. Done means the supported vendor formats and resulting accessor behavior are explicitly defined and covered.

Vendors upload essentially different formats of data. We need to adjust the reader and accessor to be more generic. Maybe need to drop wrapper support for this data and just rely on the user using Download() method as seems very buggy to try and support N vendor formats.
