Read the discussion in PR #611, then inspect _fourierradon2d_cuda.py and _fourierradon3d_cuda.py, focusing on _radon_inner_2d_kernel and _radon_inner_3d_kernel. Work is already in progress, so coordinate with whoever is handling it before making changes. Done means both kernels support grid-stride loops and their behavior is validated by the relevant tests.
