UI/UX NGO Feedbacks: Enhance configurations and workflows

Trước tiên, hãy chia feedback thành các thay đổi có phạm vi riêng cho cấu hình, thu thập, trình chỉnh sửa prompt và workflow âm thanh, sau đó xác định các entry point UI liên quan cho một phạm vi đã thống nhất. Done nên được xác định theo từng phạm vi, vì hiện issue đang gộp các thay đổi UX, khả năng mới và hỗ trợ provider mà không có tiêu chí chấp nhận.

    is non-intuitive and confusing.

• Current screens expose too much information upfront, causing confusion:

• Replace "Untitled Collection" with a better dummy/default naming mechanism.

Pending Collection Visibility

• While creating collections from existing documents:

• Current multiselect dropdown forces users to remember document names.
