Is your feature request related to a problem?
We need to implement guardrails on Glific to ensure compliance and relevance. Without these guardrails, there’s a risk of mishandling PII and inappropriate content.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Implement PII protection
  • Establish topic relevance filters
  • Create a ban list
  • Develop a slur list
