The failure comes from the model value in the frontmatter of the Agentic Issue Triage workflow (issue-triage.md, referenced in the run link), so start there and compare it with the model list in the 400 error. Pick a model the error lists as available for the agentic-workflows integrator, update the frontmatter, and confirm that a re-run of the workflow gets past the model check. Done means the run no longer returns the model-not-available error.
